Introduction

RHV-GX는 한국환경공단과 공동 개발하여 완벽한 국산화에 성공한 하이볼륨 샘플러입니다. 기존 하이볼륨 샘플러의 가장 큰 취약점 이었던 소음문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 정속 BLDC 펌프와 특별한 방음 구조를 적용하여, 현장 작업자와 주변 환경의 소음 스트레스를 획기적으로 줄였습니다. 또한, 본체, 펌프실, 스탠드가 완전히 분리되는 3단 모듈형 구조를 채택하여 험난한 측정 현장에서도 이동과 설치가 매우 용이합니다. 정밀한 펌프 제어를 통해 2% 이내의 오차율로 목표 유량에 빠르게 도달하며, 정전시 대기 시간만큼 채취량을 자동으로 보상하는 스마트 기능을 갖추고 있습니다. LTE 통신을 통한 스마트폰 원격 모니터링과 기준 유량계를 이용한 자동 보정 기능을 통해 대기질 측정의 정확도와 사용자 편의성을 극대화한 차세대 계측 장비입니다.

The RHV-GX is a state-of-the-art High-Volume Sampler successfully localized through co-development with the Korea Environment Corporation. To address the chronic noise issue—the most significant weakness of conventional high-volume samplers—it incorporates a constant-speed BLDC pump combined with a specially engineered sound-proofing structure, dramatically reducing noise pollution for both operators and the surrounding environment. Furthermore, its modular 3-stage design, which separates the main body, pump room, and stand, ensures effortless transportation and installation even in demanding field conditions. Boasting exceptional precision with an error rate of less than 2%, the RHV-GX rapidly acquires target flow rates and features a smart compensation system that automatically adjusts the sampling volume for standby time during power outages. Equipped with LTE-enabled smartphone remote monitoring and auto-calibration via a reference flow meter, the RHV-GX is a next-generation instrument that maximizes both measurement accuracy and user convenience.
